Howdy, I'm Chu! I'm a hobby artist from the U.S.I've been doing digital art on and off since 2010 and work full time on the weekdays.You can usually find me napping, lazing around my room, gaming or working on art commissions.
I specialize in illustrations of original characters, and miscellaneous fanart. Mostly from video games.

General
i <the artist> reserve the right to decline any commission orders without any explanation.
i <the artist> may decline an order if the project and/or character are something we cannot deliver well. Read do's & don'ts below.
i <the artist> do not accept commissions with offensive themes, discrimination, or other forms of oppression.
You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.
To use my services, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you acknowledge that your parent/guardian has reviewed and consented to your use of my services and are subject to the Terms of Service.
By participating in a transaction with me, you acknowledge the agreed upon rate(s) and are able to pay of your own ability. We will not issue invoices to a different person other than the client unless discussed and agreed upon.
Uses and Credits
Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. There are extra charges and/or royalties involved for commercial projects.
Do not claim full credit to the artwork's creation even if you have ownership of the artwork.
i <the artist> retain rights to artist credits and publishing the art in my personal portfolio & social media.
Publishing and privatization of commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.
Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given (such as linking any of the artist's relevant social media account/s).
Noncommercial and commercial works made by CHU/CHUCHURU are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency. We also do NOT authorize our work for use in artificial learning programs, such as those used to create computer-generated works.
Refunds, and Cancellations
i <the artist> reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.
Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if we take more than 3 months without progress.
In the event of a full refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork(s) at any stage of progress.
Partial refunds will be considered if the commission has been started, and you are allowed to keep the commission files sent.
If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for over a week, we will cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.
Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.
Requests and Revisions
A reference must be provided before a commission is started. A reference may be changed if i haven't started on your commission.
If requested, i will provide screenshots of the process (sketch, lineart, base color, render). You may request revisions at this time.
Changing or adding art assets, adding/changing features requests will have added fees depending on the details of the requests, to the overall cost.
No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.
Payment
Payment method: An Invoice will be sent to the client through their selected choice of payment (Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal)
The payment currency in US Dollars (USD). Other conversion/transaction fees are not included.
The client will pay the artist an upfront fee upon commencement and acceptance by the artist on or prior to the starting date, and final payment must be completed by the due date printed on the invoice.
